Dalbin A. Osorio is the current vice chair of the Montgomery County Police Advisory Commission, the chair of advocacy for the Montgomery County Council of Parent-Teacher Associations, and the program manager for the Children With Intensive Needs Program. He is a former teacher and social worker with almost 15 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in emerging communities.
